The Memorial will be closed from monday December 22nd 2025 to friday January 2nd 2026 (winter break)

Special opening

From 16 January to 20 February 2026, the Memorial is open every day from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (last admission at 3:30 p.m.).
Holocaust Remembrance Day | 27 January 2026: the Memorial offers free visits by reservation (for information: prenotazioni@memorialeshoah.it). Bookings will open January 10th on  our website.

– Visitors can either join a guided tour or visit the Memorial by themselves, using our audioguide

– Visitors who wish to tour by themselves do not need to book in advance

– Maximum 50 people per guided tour

– Guided tours (reserved or unreserved) last approximately 45 – 60 minutes 

– Groups of at least 15 people can book a private guided tour by writing to prenotazioni@memorialeshoah.it – Reservations must be made at least one day prior to the chosen date of the tour

– Tickets and guided tour:
adults 10 €;
students, over 65, 5 €;
children up to 5 years old, accompanying groups, disabled persons, 0 €

Discount for visiting families. Family ticket, additional discounts: two adults and two minors enter paying only the adults’ ticket, minors enter with a free ticket.

Discount for La Rinascente card holders: 20% off the cost of individual admission tickets

– Every Saturday and Sunday at 11:00 a.m., tours designed for families are held to meet the needs of both adults and children. Participation is recommended for ages 9 and up. The tours are held in italian. Book here.

– Guided tours last approximately last approximately 45 – 60 minutes minutes for groups of a maximum of 50 students

– Reservations can be made online (HERE)

– Reservations must be made at least one week prior to the chosen date of the tour

– Tickets: students €5; one teacher per 15 students admitted free; special ed. teachers free (specify on reservation form); any other adult participants €10
